REFUND POLICY –
BECOMING SUPERHUMAN RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
At Becoming Superhuman, we are committed to delivering a high-impact, transformational retreat experience.
Due to the nature of the program, extensive planning, resource allocation, and irreversible costs involved,
we follow a strict and conditional refund policy, as outlined below.
1. General No-Refund Policy
All registrations for the Becoming Superhuman Residential Program are final and non-refundable.
A. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Clause
-
Refunds are not the default remedy and are considered only under exceptional circumstances, subject to the organizer’s sole discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 working days, after deducting payment gateway fees, taxes, administrative charges, and all non-recoverable costs. The mode of refund shall be determined by the organizer.
-
If a participant cancels sixty (60) days or more prior to the program start date, they shall be eligible for a 100% refund of the program fee, after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, if any.
-
If a participant cancels or seeks to reschedule between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days prior to the program start date, an amount of INR 40,000 shall be deducted towards venue, logistics, and arrangement costs. In such cases, the participant may transfer their participation to the immediate next available batch, subject to the one-time transfer policy (Clause 4).
-
If cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to the program start date or thereafter, 100% of the program fee shall be charged as cancellation. In such cases, the participant may attend the next available batch only by paying an additional INR 40,000, payable separately.
B. Under normal circumstances, no refund requests shall be entertained, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Scheduling conflicts
- Travel or accommodation issues
- Work, business, or family commitments
- Emotional resistance, discomfort, or dissatisfaction
- Perceived lack of results or misalignment with expectations
- Partial or non-attendance of the program
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in cases of Force Majeure or extremely unavoidable circumstances, subject to strict verification and the sole discretion of the organizer.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters
- Government-imposed lockdowns, travel bans, or legal restrictions
- War, riots, terrorism
- Death of the participant or an immediate family member (parents, spouse, or children)
- Severe medical emergencies requiring hospitalization, supported by valid medical documentation
Circumstances such as stress, anxiety, burnout, personal priorities, non-critical illness, or change in personal situation do not qualify as unavoidable circumstances
3. Documentation & Verification
- Any claim made under exceptional circumstances must be supported with valid, verifiable documentary evidence.
- Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval of a refund.
- Any false, misleading, or manipulated information will result in immediate rejection of the claim without further correspondence.
4. Transfer of Candidature (One-Time Provision)
In lieu of refunds, the organizer offers a strictly limited one-time transfer option, subject to the following conditions:
- A participant may transfer their candidature to only one (1) additional Becoming Superhuman batch, which must be the immediate next available batch.
- For this one-time transfer, the participant shall be eligible to attend at the same pricing originally pitched and paid during their respective AMI batch, subject to any applicable transfer or rescheduling charges mentioned above (Clause 1 A)
- This transfer option is allowed only once. If the participant chooses to attend any batch beyond the immediate next batch, they shall be required to pay the prevailing price applicable to that Becoming Superhuman batch, inclusive of their earlier payment. Pricing protection does not carry forward beyond the one-time transfer.
5. Payment & Installment Obligation
- All installments must be fully completed, even after the Becoming Superhuman Residential Program ends, irrespective of attendance, partial participation, early exit, or any exceptional request.
- The installment option does not change the non-refundable nature of the program, and failure to complete payments may result in denial of certification/benefits and recovery actions as deemed appropriate by the organizer.
- Failure may result in denial of certification
6. No Further Adjustments
• Program fees cannot be:
- 1. Converted into refunds
- 2. Adjusted against other programs, products, or services
- 3. Rolled over indefinitely
7. Partial Attendance & Withdrawal
- No refunds for partial attendance
- No credits for early exit
- Participation responsibility rests with participant
9. Organizer’s Sole & Final Discretion
- All decisions related to refunds, transfers, or exceptions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of the organizer.
- Such decisions shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
- No verbal assurances, informal messages, or third-party representations shall override this policy.
