REFUND POLICY – BECOMING SUPERHUMAN RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM

At Becoming Superhuman, we are committed to delivering a high-impact, transformational retreat experience. Due to the nature of the program, extensive planning, resource allocation, and irreversible costs involved, we follow a strict and conditional refund policy, as outlined below.

1. General No-Refund Policy

All registrations for the Becoming Superhuman Residential Program are final and non-refundable.

A. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Clause

• Refunds are not the default remedy and are considered only under exceptional circumstances, subject to the organizer’s sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days after deducting gateway fees, taxes, and administrative costs.
• If cancellation is made sixty (60) days or more prior to the program start date, a 100% refund is eligible after gateway charge deductions.
• If cancellation is made between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days, INR 40,000 will be deducted. One-time transfer to the next batch may apply (Clause 4).
• If cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior, 100% cancellation charges apply. Rejoining requires INR 40,000 additional payment.

B. No Refund Under Normal Circumstances

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Travel/accommodation issues
• Work or family commitments
• Emotional resistance or dissatisfaction
• Perceived lack of results
• Partial or non-attendance

2. Exceptional Circumstances

• Natural disasters
• Government lockdowns or travel bans
• War, riots, terrorism
• Death of participant/immediate family
• Severe medical emergency (with documentation)

Stress, anxiety, burnout, personal priorities, or non-critical illness do not qualify.

3. Documentation & Verification

• Valid documentary proof required.
• Submission does not guarantee approval.
• False claims will result in immediate rejection.

4. Transfer of Candidature (One-Time Provision)

• Transfer allowed only once to the immediate next batch.
• Pricing protection applies only once.
• Future batches require payment at prevailing price.

5. Payment & Installment Obligation

• All installments must be completed irrespective of attendance.
• Non-payment may result in denial of certification.

6. No Further Adjustments

• No fee conversion to refunds.
• No adjustment to other programs.
• No indefinite rollovers.

7. Partial Attendance & Withdrawal

• No refunds for partial attendance.
• No credit for early exit.
• Engagement responsibility lies with participant.

9. Organizer’s Sole & Final Discretion

All decisions are final, binding, and non-negotiable.

10. Legal Binding & Acceptance

• Policy is legally binding.
• Participant agrees upon registration.
