The program follows a hybrid structure consisting of both online learning modules and a residential immersion, along with the involvement of esteemed external faculty and Coach Avinash Anand Singh as the lead facilitator.

Due to the extensive planning, faculty engagement, infrastructure allocation, and other non-recoverable operational commitments involved in delivering this certification program, the following refund policy shall apply.

1. General No-Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

All registrations for the Enter the Arena Certification Program are final and binding.

Given the hybrid nature of the program (online + residential) and the significant costs incurred in onboarding esteem external faculty, faculty schedules, venue arrangements, and program infrastructure, participants are strongly encouraged to register only after careful consideration, as cancellations are neither encouraged nor supported under normal circumstances.

Accordingly:

The online component of the program constitutes an integral part of the certification journey.

  • Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval of any exception.
