You agree to provide accurate and updated information, maintain confidentiality of Your login details, and accept that Your contact information may be shared with authorized service partners for delivering services.
2. COMPANY SERVICES
The Platform offers services such as: personal transformation coaching, subconscious reprogramming, online courses, workshops, meditations, community access, and event-based programs, offered either live or recorded.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
You must maintain respectful behaviour, not misuse content, attend sessions on time, and avoid prohibited activities such as sharing accounts, duplicating content, or engaging in unlawful behaviour.
4. PLATFORM & THIRD-PARTY INTERACTIONS
The Company is not responsible for disputes or engagements between users or third-party services. Users must conduct independent verification.
5. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
User data is protected per the IT Act 2000 & DPDP Act 2023. Data is used strictly for service delivery, communication, and legal compliance.
6. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All bookings are subject to confirmation. Payments may be required upfront. Refunds follow the official Refund Policy for each program and may not apply to partially completed services.
7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION / TERMINATION
Accounts may be suspended for violations, non-payment, fraud, misconduct, or inactivity. Termination results in loss of access to all content.
8. SERVICE DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delays caused by the User—such as missed sessions, late submissions, or lack of communication—do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All coaching materials, videos, meditations, scripts, and resources are owned exclusively by Avinash Anand Singh. Unauthorized copying, selling, or distributing is strictly prohibited.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company is not liable for emotional, financial, or business outcomes of programs. No guaranteed results are promised. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months before a claim.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will be resolved first internally, then through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Pune, Maharashtra is the seat of arbitration.
12. GOVERNING LAW
All matters are governed by Indian law under jurisdiction of Pune courts.
13. MODIFICATIONS
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updates.
